Such A Colorful World We Live In!

We explored our classroom this week through different color paddles. They gave us a new perspective on our surroundings. It was fun to observe what objects change color and which ones stayed the same. We were able to use two paddles together to create new colors.

How Do Different People See?

Some people see things differently. We talked about what it is like to be colorblind. We also learned how some people need glasses to see properly. Ms Martha and Ms Danyelle both need contacts to see clearly. I brought in an old pair of lenses for the students to see what contacts look and feel like. We decided they're a little squish, soft, and slippery.

Rock on...

This week our star student is a very special boy. He just attended his first concert! How cool is that? We loved hearing all about our friend this week.

La Tortuga

We started a new story this week in Happily Ever After, La Tortuga.

We made our own tortugas to hang in our classroom.

Joke of the week...

See you later sucker!
